In Cyprus there are full slots and half slots. In Asia there are only full slots. For a full slot, each speaker has up to 15 minutes to present, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. For a half slot the speaker has 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. Time is strict, and we will cut you off. The majority of participants prefer we keep to the schedule.
The presentation should focus on the idea. No more than 1-2 minutes must be spent on the speaker’s background or process.
